Shipping policy

At Emitota, every piece is handmade to order with care and intention. 

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping within the UK: Orders are charged a flat rate of £5.99.
  • Europe: £20
  • Rest of the world: £30

Processing Time

Since each garment is made specifically for you, each piece takes about 4-6weeks to be made and shipped. This timeframe may vary slightly during busy periods, but the aim is to create and dispatch your pieces as quickly and carefully as possible.

Delivery Time

  • UK Orders: Typically delivered within 3–7 business days after shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.
  • International Orders: shipping time vary by country. Please allow 7-21 working days after dispatch. Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your garment’s journey to you. Please ensure your delivery address is correct, an address cannot be modified after the order has shipped.

Delays, Loss, Theft & Damage

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Emitota is no longer responsible for:

  • Delivery delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Damage that occurs in transit

Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for updates or claims. However, if you need help navigating an issue, please reach out and I will do my best to support you.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the parcel.
