At Emitota, each garment is handmade to order with care and intention. Because of this, our returns and exchanges policy is designed to reflect the craftsmanship and time behind every piece.
Made-to-Order Policy
All Emitota pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Because each item is created specifically for you, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered.
Please ensure you carefully review sizing, product details, and processing times before placing your order.
📐 Size & Fit
If you are unsure about your size, please send an email to hello@emitota.com before ordering — we are always happy to guide you.
Emitota cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, as each item is made individually.
🛠️ Faulty Items
If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the fault

A brief description of the issue
Items must be returned within 14days of delivery. If confirmed as a production fault, the item will be repaired or replaced. Depends on extent of alteration, fees may apply. Emitota is not responsible for faults caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper care.
📦 Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Emitota is not responsible for:

Packages marked as “delivered” but not received
